One of Jo’s defining characteristics is perseverance; in a long and varied career, she has always seized the chance to work in environments offering challenge and opportunity. Starting out in a growing software business, Jo managed all the finance, HR and administration. After making the decision to move into HR, she worked in retail, hygiene services, media and financial services, where her contribution to business improvements and people management was frequently recognised.
Jo believes that every company can create a positive, constructive environment where employees thrive and make effective contributions to profitability and outcomes. Our objective is to help as many organisations as possible achieve this.
